As an AFPA Certified Nutritionist, I have been appropriately equipped to provide evidence-based nutrition advice, coaching, recipes and personalized meal plans. As a Student Physical Therapist, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, I also have the expertise to provide fitness advice, and exercise plans.
As a Holistic Nutritionist Specialist, in North Carolina, I cannot and will not “prescribe”, “treat”, “diagnose”, “cure” or provide medical nutritional therapy. It is my goal to make feasible, effective, evidence-based recommendations based on your needs. If you require medical nutritional therapy or other health services, I will be sure to direct you towards the most appropriate professional.

The MODA Wellness Perspective
I believe that WELLNESS is a reasonable goal for everyone. In fact, I believe that it is imperative for improving and maintaining our Mental, Emotional, Physical Well-being. I believe that living well can be simultaneously affordable and enjoyable.
I believe that WELLNESS is possible for the busy, broke, inconsistent, southern girl (like me). We don’t have to be strict vegans, spending half our paychecks on the newest foods and expensive essential oils. We don’t have to work out for hours everyday to stay in shape. We don’t have to be miserable to be healthy. Instead, as we pursue healthy living, we will begin to feel, look & live better!
